Child safety

1. Scope

These child safety standards apply to all Parx community spaces and user-generated content, including profiles, posts, comments, and videos/clips shared in the app.

Parx is not intended for users under 13 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will take appropriate action, including account removal where required.

2. Our standards against CSAE

Parx has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children — for example grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to solicit sexual content involving minors.

Content that sexualizes minors is strictly prohibited. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is illegal, and it is forbidden to create, upload, share, request, store, or link to CSAM on Parx.

3. Reporting and in-app feedback

You can report users and posts directly inside the app. Use these reporting tools any time you see content or behavior that could harm someone — especially anything involving a minor.

4. How we handle reports and CSAM

When we receive a report, we review it and take appropriate action based on the situation and applicable law. Actions may include removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, and escalating to human review.

If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on Parx, we take urgent steps to remove and limit access to the material, preserve relevant information when legally required, and report to the appropriate authorities or reporting bodies as required by law.

5. Legal compliance

Parx complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We may cooperate with law enforcement requests when legally required.
